Announcement on the commentary of the Annual Financial Statements / Reports

PAPERPACK SA continues its profitable course, according to the published annual financial report for the year from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020. More specifically:

The turnover of the Company decreased by 5.52% and amounted to € 17,428 thousand compared to € 18,447 thousand in the previous year.

The Company's operating profit (EBITDA) amounted to € 3,869 thousand compared to € 4,309 thousand in the previous year.

The results before taxes amounted to profits of € 2,325 thousand compared to € 2,598 thousand in the previous year.

Profits after taxes amounted to € 1,732 thousand compared to € 1,929 thousand in the previous year.

The Company presented positive operating cash flows of € 2,963 thousand against € 3,817 thousand and its cash and cash equivalents amount to € 1,906 thousand.

Investments in fixed assets amounted to € 1,818 thousand compared to € 501 thousand in the previous year.

Finally, the Board of Directors proposes in its annual report to the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders, the payment of a dividend of 0.1600 euros per share.
