ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION Law 3556/2007

It is notified, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation 596/2014, that Mr. Ioannis Tsoukaridis, Chairman of the Board & CEO of the company "PAPERPACK INDUSTRIAL PRINTING AND PRINTING COMPANY" ("the Company"), made on 31.12.2020 an over-the-counter transfer of 709,253 common, registered shares issued by the Company, with a total value of 4,723,624.98 euros or a value of 6.66 euros per share.
