Notice of Termination of Dividend and Dividend Payment

PAPERPACK SA, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.4 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, announces to its shareholders in accordance with a decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 27 May 2020, the distribution of a dividend of 0.5000 euros per share from balance of profits in new.

The net dividend per share, deducted from the 5% dividend tax that each shareholder will receive, amounts to 0.4750 euros per share.

From Thursday June 4, 2020, the Company's shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to dividend (date of deduction of the right to participate in the dividend).

Beneficiaries of the dividend are those registered in the archives of the System of Intangible Securities (S.A.T.) managed by the "Hellenic Central Securities Depository Societe Anonyme" on Friday, June 5, 2020 (record date).

The dividend will start to be paid from Thursday June 11, 2020 through the payer Bank Piraeus SA. as follows:

(i) Through the operators of the value accounts in S.A.T. to those shareholders who have authorized their operators to collect dividends.

(ii) Through the branch network of Piraeus Bank SA Shareholders who have requested non-collection of dividends from their operator or have revoked the relevant authorization to their operator or whose collection has not been made possible by their operator or whose shares are kept in the special account of ATHEX CSD.

(iii) By depositing in the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), where the investor has stated that he wishes to collect the distributed amounts in accordance with article 13 of the Operating Regulation S.A.T. and decision no. 6 of the Board of Directors. of ATHEXCSD, as applicable, for investors who do not wish to collect them through their Operators. It concerns only investors who have declared IBAN to the paying bank "Piraeus Bank SA".

In order to collect the dividend from the stores, it will be necessary to present the Police Identity Card.

Dividends that will not be collected within five (5) years are barred in favor of the Greek State.
