The company «paperpack SA», under the provisions of paragraph 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that :

a) The announcement date and the suspension of the "annual financial report" for the use of the year 2017 with the Data and Information for the period from 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2017 Company and Group, the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.helex.gr) and the company (www.paperpack.gr) , It will be the 20th March 2018, day three (After the end of the meeting of the Athens Exchange).

b) The annual general meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on Tuesday 24 April 2018.

c) The Administration's proposal to the annual general meeting will be distributed dividend.

d) The cutoff date of the dividend will be the Wednesday 06/06/2018.

e) Beneficiaries will be the shareholders of the fifth 07/06/2018 (record date).

F) The dividend Payment date will be the third 12/06/2018.
